Job Description:
Responsible for researching and profiling of Companies of US market to tap opportunities.
Communicating with prospects through calls and e-mails to introduce company capabilities.
Responsible for building sales pipeline: key business function is prospecting new accounts
Capable of handling lead generation of the US market through emailing & conducting outbound telephone calls to generate qualified leads.

Develop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives
Participate in marketing campaigns with strategies for increasing quality leads

Arrange conference calls and meetings with clients for sales/business development managers
Lead generation efforts include uncovering potential projects, qualifying prospects, identifying the decision-making process and current operating environment, providing marketing materials and setting up sales meetings
Maintain and update the account/lead database

Desired profile:
1-3 years in software sales experience
Should have extensive International Business Development exposure.
Ability to work in a team environment

Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter
Person should have verbal and written communication skills to interact with US customers, especially with C-level executives

Good experience across the entire sales/marketing cycle in the outsourcing business model.
Good understanding of the region US
Willing to work in night shift.
A Grad/ BE/Btech/MBA .

  Troubleshoot issues raised by users and provide timely resolutions
 Administer backups, refreshes and non-production clones.
 Analyze and document system storage requirementsü

  Responsibilities:
 Minimum 5 - 8 Years of Oracle Applications 11i DBA strong working experienceü
 Implement, install and/or upgrade Oracle Databaseü & Applications software
 Apply Patches and perform upgrades as required and work closely withü Oracle Support to resolve any issues; opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs.
  
Full Applications 11i support including Installation, Cloning Applications System Administration and Troubleshooting.ü
 Production Working knowledge is a mustü
 Experience in Core DBA
 Applications Sysadmin tasks

 Performance Tuningü
 Knowledge on Discoverer and Application Server is an added advantage.
